Hi Everyone,
My Paypal business account and personal account has gone limited and despite of contacting Paypal customer support several times I have not been provided any resolution steps or not been asked for any documents or information. I have got balance in both accounts, which is on hold for 6 months. Its been 3 months now, I have been sending emails to Paypal but getting similar response each time stating that your account is limited permanently. Can you please advise what should I do?
My personal Paypal account was connected to eBay store
My business Paypal account was connected to my E-Commerce online store.
Your guidance in regards to this matter will be highly appreciated, as I really want to continue using Paypal. I am Paypal member since 2012.
