Paypal Account Limited for no reason

Hi,

Is there even a Paypal Customer Support in existence? My business account was suddenly put into Limited mode.

I tried to find a Contact Support email or telephone but keep getting redirected to a useless help page doesn't does not do anything.

Is there someone from Paypal who can assist me?
