Hey guys, Im in a position where paypal has held my money made off sales from Ebay. Paypal is requesting for details regarding sales from items off ebay, as well as reciepts. The items i buy come from stores, they come from garage sales. I have no way to prove where i got these from. I just dont know what to do and i cant get anyone on the phone. WHat would you guys do. I need help.
