Recently I sold a tv to a buyer on Ebay, however the buyer requested a refund for the tv saying that it is damaged, Soon after my Paypal account had a negative balance do you to the money being held on. I issued a claim with ups but they said it will take till 8 business days upto 5th jan, but PayPal has limited my account and I cannot make any purchases or send a refund during this period. Also its asking me to upload the item receipt but I bought this item a year ago and on the description it says it should only be 6 months old.
