I received a notification that I paid $11 to prime video. I did NOT make that purchase nor do I even use prime. I use youtube and Netflix. That's it! I can't for the life of me find the "cancel payment" option. I need my money back. It's still pending also so I want to get this fixed before it's completed.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
