Payments being on hold

If you cancel a charge back or dispute, how long does it take for the money to not be on hold. Because I bought a product and I would like to get it but the money is being held.

The money being on hold should have nothing to do with you, if the dispute has been cancelled then the item should be sent.

The hold is part of paypals new seller policy and is between the seller and paypal and should not affect you.

I would say if you don't get the item sent then open a dispute but you can't now you have closed it.

You should NEVER close a dispute until you get your item or a cleared refund.

If the seller tells you to close it so they can get their funds they are fibbing to scam you.
