I had a buyer purchase a service from my website and he paid using paypal. It showed that my payment is on hold so I thought after few hours it will be released but it didn't then I updated the tracking info to shipped as there was no option for service and then it asked me to submit ID documents and recepit etc.
I did all that and day before yesterday it showed funds will be released within a day. Then today is the 2nd day and it still shows hold.
It sounds like you're referring to a limitation. You can find steps to resolve a limitation in the Resolution Center. Any information submitted is reviewed in the order received. Once the review has been completed, an update is sent via email.
