Has anyone had an issues with yuyue trading company? I ordered a Heat Press and got a pair of earrings. Them PayPal closed my case before it was resolved. Never have gotten my order or a refund.
Did you make the mistake of opening a dispute for non receipt of item which the seller would win if they provide a tracking number to show you received an item OR did you open the correct dispute of item received but not as described ie wrong item?

No I have receipt and tracking number. Still haven't received item and can not send message to seller. The only way I was able to communicate with them was thru my dispute in which they responded but since PayPal closed case I'm having trouble finding a way to message them.
