I have purchased and item but I have not received it yet but it has been indicated that the receiver account is"non_us_unverified", please what is the meaning of this? Have I been scammed?
It means the PayPal account you paid is not a US PayPal account and the user has not linked a bank account or credit card to verify the account information.
If you did not receive item, go to the resolution center to open a dispute for item not received within 180 days from payment.
