If the payment was sent as a Goods & Services payment, you can dispute it through our system with the information listed here. If the transaction was sent as a personal payment, the only options will be to either reach out to the recipient and request a refund directly, or to contact your financial institution to see what options they have for you. I hope you receive a refund soon!
