I have confirmed my account and has linked it with a new card and now my limit has been lifted but whenever i try making a payment this is what i get. “Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later”. Can any one help me?

Did you confirm the card with the 4 digit code sent to that card statement?

Yes, i enterted the code and it is shown in Paypal as card linked and confirmed
