Someone has put a claim in to say they haven't received an item I sent, and that they want a refund. But I know fully that they have received it and have photographic evidence that they have received it and sold it on. I have tried messaging him but he is ignoring me and I think he has blocked me via Depop.
What do I do?

You need to have trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer to win a dispute for non receipt of item.
