Hello I am emailing to you because I am requesting you to reactivate my account as I have recenlty returned products I purchased from a store. But the money which i was supposed to recieved for the returned products is on hold from that store since my paypal services like send or request are not allowed to be used anymore. You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
