I paid money for travel insurance through PayPal the first time they told me it was declined and didn’t work so I paid again via PayPal but using my credit card this time instead of bank acct via PayPal. This went through. But the payment has come out of my bank acct twice. The insurance company only received my second payment so where has the first one gone? Should it appear back in my PayPal?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
