I am bit puzzled. I was charged for certain amount from Facebook for advertisement which I didn't initiated. It was charged to my PayPal account [Business] at 12.30 morning on the 10-07-2020,and I was surprised when I saw the email from PayPal. There is no communication from Facebook side or there is no advertisement posted. Tried to contact Facebook on the number provided [also sent a query] on the invoice [PayPal] and it was not valid number. Upon opening the dispute with PayPal, they found no unauthorized activity, no further information provided. Now, I am wondering how safe PayPal is, if the process is so simple that they don't even consult the merchant ? Any explanation would be great and appreciated.
