Does anyone know when a supplier is actually payed by PayPal? Is it immediately the initial transaction is completed or is it after a period of time to allow for any dispute? I think it is time that in ALL Internet transactions, particularly international ones, monies should be held by an intermediary until the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
