As a bookkeeper trying to reconcile a paypal account from a new client, I do have a question about ''Chargeback Activity'' I see on the statement.
The amount refers to ''Payment reversal''. I would like to understand the meaning of that. It's linked to a Shopify transaction, but I don't see that transaction was refunded.
So, is a payment reversal a kind of cancellation ? Means I would have to create a Refund receipt in my books?
