Good morning
I recently bought an item and paid for it through PayPal, after a day I decided to cancel the order and hopefully stop the payment before it takes it from my bank account. Unfortunately I was too late and money was transferred from my bank account. I asked for a refund from the seller and he agreed and the shipment was halted.
Due to my rashness I made a dispute with the seller, I cancelled it after a day and i received a mail that it was cancelled. After 4 days of this I asked about the status of the refund and I was being told that due to the dispute the transfer of the money was halted and they did not receive the money, which is odd because dispute was closed 4 days earlier.
Since it's been taken from my bank account it should be with PayPal right?
Any help would be appriciated
