So I wanted a pair of shoes off ebay and downloaded the PayPal app for the first time. It kept saying my card can't be used for this transaction so I just payed for it on ebay. Payment went through but I called my bank just to make sure and my account was empty. I called my bank and they said that the ebay transaction went through but PayPal took another 100.00 in san jose ca that is currently pending. There is no mention of any account activity on my PayPal app. I called PayPal (1 hour wait) just to have him tell me there has been no activity on my account and then transferred me to the dispute department. Again, my bank shows that PayPal In San Jose has it. What is going on. Somebody please help. The dispute department just had a recording telling me to go to the online help center which is just another automated generated system. Any suggestions Anyone Anyone
