I’m trying to send a payment to a friend of mine via friends and family. I sent it on 2/21 and PayPal is still holding on to it. It said to verify what it’s for in the resolution center and then the payment will be released. There’s nothing about it in the resolution center which makes me think the email was fake. However, the payment is still pending. Could I just cancel it and try again? How can I fix this?
