I had a payment made to my paypal account on the 11th March, PayPal put it on hold for 180 days which has now passed. I still can’t withdraw the money and I have tried contacting PayPal through the message centre, but I just get a automated message back which is no help. I have also tried to ring them and I can’t get through.
