Hello, I got a refund from a seller on case 10395182TW1826148. I have waited for 6 days and the money didn't come into my account. I contacted my bank and they said that the seller didn't send any money back. Please tell me what happens now.
Does PayPal lie to everyone or is it just me. I've called them at least 10 times asking about my money and I get a different story every time. 3 times they told me I would get it the next day and twice they gave the exact time the bank would release the funds and yet I haven't seen a penny. There have been no disputes and have not told me any reason why they won't realease the funds they just keep promising it to me and don't deliver.
