I had some freight picked up and returned to the seller, I was charged and paid for the initial freight quote, and what I didn't realise was that I understated the weight, I was charged an extra $18 to my Paypal account for this. I am happy to pay for my mistake. But I want to know how this charge can be made to my PayPal account without my authorisation?
