I made a payment for items on line through paypal. It said payment didnt go through there was a retry button so i pressed it. It again said the payment didnt go through. So i backed out and paid directly with my visa. I go to my account and see i been billed twice the moneys been taken out. But its not showing on paypal nor is it showing on the website were i tried to purchase the goods. Has any one else had this issue? What do i have to do?paypal is closed right now so i cant contact them.. plz help
