Payment failed but got charged (twice)

Hi everyone. I had to send my sister money and while doing the transaction, I got a notification that the payment process failed. I suddenly get an SMS notification from my bank that I got charged twice and I also looked at my online bank statement to find that I was indeed charged twice. How do I fix this?
