So I made a payment on paypal and had an existing paypal balance. I selected the option to pay via my credit card linked with my paypal account, and I got charged on my credit card for the payment. However, I now see my paypal balance which has declined by the same amount. The account activity shows that this balance was deducted from my paypal balance. So essentially I paid twice, once from my credit card and once from my paypal balance.
Am I looking at this correctly? I am hoping someone can clarify this for me.
