Payment deducted for extra 2 times, but no invoice issued

Hi,

I just made a payment with a single click of "send" and without my consent, it triggered 3 times and deduct amount for 3 times.

My bank statement shows the deducted amount as 3 times, but the paypal acitivity shows as 1 time only and the seller received one time amount only.

Whom should I contact?
