Payment can't be found in transaction section

Hi, 

I bought something form an online store named qinduoo (found i ton Facebook). I paid it with Paypal linked to my bank (ING). I can see the bank statement on my ING, but not on Paypal. Plus, I have never received the products I paid for. And when I tried reaching out to the seller, gmail couldn't even send the email because it was fake I believe (I tried 3x). I can't even find their website anymore. So I wanted to open a case, but now I can't even find the payment on my Paypal. Do you guys know what I can do?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
