Two days ago, I made a purchase using PayPal and it was a foreign website as I had to pay in HKD and not USD. I got an email this morning saying there is a problem with my payment account and that my account is now restricted. I assume it’s because 1. I hadn’t verified my account yet (which i have now done) and 2. Because the purchase was made using foreign currency. Will my transaction still go through?
