a payment I received for an item I sold on ebay was returned as apparently I did not complete the registration process on ebay even though I am quite sure I did.
Problem:
- ebay won't allow me to create a unpaid items case - can PayPal somehow help me with this? Could I create a request & dispute or so?
Check the email address you had on your auction by doing this....
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down under ''postage'' and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
