My mother and I were both victims of fraud via PayPal. How can I report this? It says my transaction was completed, but I did not receive payment nor did she send money. How can I report this? I have since canceled my bank account and debit card to further prevent any payments received on my end, but I do not recognize the person who allegedly sent funds. When I try to dispute it at the resolution center, it will not let me continue after selecting the two transactions I want to dispute. Please help.
