To whom it may concern, 

 

I have found an unauthorized automatic payment on my Paypal account on 9 January 2021. I tried to file a case of an unauthorized payment, however PayPal rejected the case and did not cover the amount. I would like to open a dispute as I insist on not making this purchase and it is clearly a scam and the payment was never authorized. I urge you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
