PayPal will pay for a EBay item that I did not receive. USPS is insanely terrible in my location. It is hit or miss getting our mail. We receive others people's mail and even have found mail on street. I did not receive my item . PayPal pays no matter what. It would be safer to use a charge card and dispute it with them.
