So I ordered something’s that have come to £51, however after looking at reviews I noticed that they’re selling fakes and are a fraudulent company. I tried contacting them but they don’t have a number which is suspicious. They have not answered my emails as I had requested for a refund. Because I have no means of contacting them how will I get my refund before the product (if it does come) arrives??
There's no option for PayPal to cancel the order for you. We can only file a dispute once you received the item and it was indeed a fake item or not as described. Cancelling an order can only be initiated by the Merchant. Here are information about PayPal Dispute Process. Hope this helps!
