I tried contacting PayPal by phone over an issue I have in their Resolution Center.  This is some messed up stuff.  I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour!  They are supposed to get me an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from the seller that I bought the item from which totally '**bleep** out' and I contacted them and filed the dispute in March.  It's close to the end of May and they are doing absolutely NOTHING to fix this mess.  What a bunch of **bleep**.  PayPal is NOT a reputable company.
