I saw on Facebook and ordered an electric (battery operated) pruning trimmer for $29.95. After waiting and waiting and filing a complaint, the company sent me a hand held manual clipper I saw advertised for $1.92. I sent PayPal pictures of the 2 different items. They claimed it was similar enough to deny the claim. I am thinking PayPal has no influence or control over China suppliers. I strongly disagree with the denial of this claim. I have seen on Facebook others having the same problem with ordering this tool. Has anyone else had this order problem or been dissatisfied with PayPal's conclusion?
