PayPal won't unlock my account, what can I do?

My account has had limits on it for around 3-4 months now, I cannot send payments, I cannot do anything with my account... I already called PayPal and they asked me to upload some documents, I uploaded them a week ago and they still haven't got back to me.

I really need to use my account and they're not giving me any solutions to this problem, what can I do?

I have the same issue and i need it for my job,  why the hell arent they replying to this ?
