Instead of receiving a Saturn V rocket table lamp... I received a child's paper model in a flat box. The shipment originated in Bell, California. But PayPal wants a tracking # for my returning the incorrect item TO CHINA. PayPal denied my request for intervention. Why should I pay to send something halfway around the world for $27 in hopes of getting $47 back? And why can't PayPal just put the screws to this outfit and have me send it down to Bell, CA where it originated?
