It's been over a year since PayPal placed limitations on my account. They promised to lift them after 180 days. This didn't happen. I've contacted them on more than 3 occasions since, the most recent being this past Friday, to ask what the hold-up is. The last consultant I spoke to, assured me that the limitations would be lifted.
This morning, I received an e-mail saying informing that I'll be able to access my funds -- after 180 days, because I'm a 'high risk' individual.
I am seeking recourse. What to do?
