Good day, My account was limited and 120 days have passed. I would like to withdraw my money please. I am in South Africa and PayPal doesn't allow me to withdraw my money

Did PayPal tell you it was 120 or 180 days before you can withdrawal? PayPal has to email you that its ok for you to withdrawal first.

To contact customer service to ask about withdrawing money from permanently limited account:

1. Go to: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Click Disputes and account limitations
3. Click Account Limitations
4. Click Check the status of a limitation
5. Click Message Us or Call Us, after the "This information might help" box

I have waited over 180 days but I am getting an error from PayPal when I try to withdraw the funds. I have literally tried everything but there is no help. I am in South Africa
