So I was about to order something from a site and it had a PayPal button so I clicked it and my PayPal came up for the amount. However, I didn't complete the purchase on the site because I wanted to add something. So I closed everything up, reopened the site from scratch, tried to pay with PayPal and realized that it had already kept the amount needed for the previous transaction (which i didn't complete) from my debit card. Since i haven't completed the transaction will I get my money back from PayPal?
