PayPal theft

I recently sold a product to a seller via Gumtree and sent her an invoice via PayPal. I go through the process and send her the product, and I also send PayPal a copy of my tracking number. 2 weeks goes by and I receive an email from her, claiming that since she is using a business account, she cannot pay the $2030 I requested, and can only pay a minimum of $3000. I was then told to pay her $970 as a refund. I refused at the start, and then she stopped replying to my emails, and won't accept my invoices. This is total theft and I'm not sure what to do, what are my options?

Sorry but are you saying that you sent the item BEFORE she paid the invoice????

I assume there would be seller protection and the invoice would be paid once I sent PayPal the tracking number of the post.
