PayPal will allow anyone to open accounts without variations of identity but will not allow closing account without sending documents such as drivers license or passport. This is a ridiculous rule. **bleep** PayPal. PayPal is a scam.
I will never suggest to anyone to use this pos company. PayPal are scammers trying to get your personal information to sell. Boycott PayPal. Close your accounts. There's better options than these **bleep**.
