We sell on FaceBook marketplace. We sold 2 iPhone 11s to a buyer locally. Since this was a large transaction we accepted payment thru PayPal thinking we would be protected. The item was picked up in store locally so no tracking number. We provided screenshots of the conversation between us and buyer and even phone calls to buyer made to the store. PayPal sides with the buyer no questions asked. How can we protect ourselves because the processor is obviously for the customer!
