PayPal should add a subscription description to charges

I recently raised a dispute because I didn't recognize a charge from "digitalriver". I looked at the charge thoroughly but couldn't find additional info about it or which company it was from, so I disputed the charge. Turns out it was my avast subscription, which was properly labeled in the description of the subscription definition. PayPal should add the subscription description to the charge itself to reduce uneceesary disputes, but how do I get that suggestion to PayPal proper?
