I have purchased Corona Renderer for 3ds Max - FairSaaS - 1 WS + 3 NODES (12 months) on 13 Jul 2019 which paid via Paypal and 27811.71 INR(~ €342.19) was debited from my account that day then again it was reversed to my account but it was locked. Then after, 27603.47 INR(~ €342.19) debited again on 31 Oct, 2019.
This means I have paid a complete amount to procure the license; However, my license got canceled after 23 Oct 2019. Regarding this, I did file the dispute on Paypal and they resolved the case saying
The seller has provided a full refund to you even though I have received neither money nor license.
Its been almost 1 year, still not received any refund.
