PayPal reversing customer payments without allowing me to respond to the dispute

Hello PayPal community,
Recently my account was permanently limited because I was unable to provide a full "receipt from supplier" and lately I have 3 disputes and all of the payments made from customers were reverted to their accounts without the chance for me to respond or show proof of delivery. I have delivered all of my items and now PayPal is just reverting my money without even giving me a chance to respond to the case.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR
