Hello - an individual making a payment to my PayPal account has received a message as follows:
"To comply with regulations and to keep your account safe, we need a few more details about this person and their country of residence." PayPal is asking the payor to provide my (payee) first name, last name, and country of origin. I've never seen this requirement before. Is this a normal message and what is its purpose? FWIW I am relatively new to PayPal, only active the last two months. Thank you.
