Recently I was asked by PayPal to prove a bunch of things about my identity, including my address. My account has various restrictions on it until I do. So I entered my address and sent a PDF of a bank statement. However, this keeps getting rejected due to "not having a complete address". This makes no sense to me, as the address on my bank statement exactly matches the address I am giving PayPal. Since I live with my parents, other forms of proof such as utility bills etc won't have my name on it. I do not know what to do.
