PayPal refuses to cover UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS made to my account

Recently someone charged $222 worth of shipping labels to my PayPal account.  In one day there were 66 charges.  I immediately called PayPal and created a fraud case.  Within 48 hours I received an email from PayPal telling me the transactions do not appear to be unauthorized.  I am furious!!!  All they have to do is look at my history.  I haven't created 1 label in over a year, much less 66 of them in 1 day!  They are basically calling me a liar.  PayPal brags about their security but based on what I've seen in the community, it's sorely lacking.  This is a huge company that refuses to stand behind it's protection policy.  Users beware!

Hi @fillyfive,

Sorry to hear your case was denied. Do you see the option to 'Appeal' your claim through the Resolution Center of your account? If so, please try this.

If you still need help, you may want to reach out to our support team over on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/PayPal or Twitter, https://twitter.com/AskPayPal.

Hope this helps,

Siobhan
